1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and receive a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in its original packaging, and the packaging must not be damaged.
• The item must not be used, scratched, or otherwise damaged. It must show no visual or technical signs of wear.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number and the email address used to place the order).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Pack the item securely and ship it. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking. The buyer covers the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method (credit card used for the purchase) within 5-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
